Behind the filing. Enlivex Ltd. (ENLV). The Form 6-K dated October 27, 2026 says the company received a Nasdaq delisting notice on October 26, 2026. The notice says the closing bid stayed under $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days before October 22, 2026, under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The same filing says a reverse split in the prior 12 months means the company is not entitled to a 180 day period to regain that bid. The filing says a press release went out the same day and is attached as Exhibit 99.1. A separate Form 6-K says shareholders approved a reverse split range on October 22, 2026, and the board set the ratio at 1 for 16. Those ordinary shares were set to trade on a split adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market on October 27, 2026, still under ENLV. The filing does not give the post split price.
ChowChow Cloud International Holdings Limited (NYSE American: CHOW) said on October 27, 2026 that its previously announced private placement has not closed, and that no Class A ordinary shares have been issued. The release says the company expects to issue 86,207 Class A ordinary shares when it closes. The release describes the company as a cloud solutions business founded in 2014. The release does not give a purchase price.
